Wendy Otto joined SalesLeadership the summer of 2010 as our Business Manager. She has a B.S. Degree in Business Management from the University of Colorado at Denver and an Associate Degree in Management in Travel & Tourism from the Art Institute of Seattle. She has a diverse background which started in Seattle working for Holland America Cruise Line, and then to Alaska where she managed a family owned and operated sport fishing lodge. After living in the beautiful (green but rainy) northwest for almost 10 years the sunshine and snow-capped mountains of Colorado called out her name. Wendy has lived and worked in the Denver area for over 11 years.
Her experience as a Production Coordinator in the television industry has been an asset to SalesLeadership in coordinating the various events that happen throughout the year. Preparing travel, training documents, and filming events along with Social Media Marketing are just a few of the duties Wendy has taken on.
In her spare time she definitely takes advantage of the Colorado great outdoors by skiing, camping, and playing tennis. She still enjoys travel and looks forward to doing more of that in the upcoming months!
Matt Rowe is a graduate of Industrial Psychology, past President of a manufacturing company by age twenty-three and Executive Vice President of a 200-person family owned distribution company before the age of thirty. In 2010, Matt merged his own budding niche printing business. In 2011 Matt became a CSO at Sales Leadership Inc. and is helping companies create award winning sales leaders.
He was trained on the principals of Nero-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence and Marston’s model of DiSC. As Executive Vice President of a corporation, Matt developed the “Yellow Card” system that held his executive team accountable in conversations on a daily basis.
He has also overcome weight loss issues when he realized that his weight would reduce his longevity and activities with his new growing family. He went on to lose 84 lbs. and recovered from a partially paralyzed leg. During his weight loss pursuit he became an Honorable Mention All American Triathlete with USAT (United States of American Triathlon) at the half Ironman discipline. Matt Finished his first Ironman in November 2011. Matt has been featured in the Denver Business Journal, Colorado Small Business Development Center Entrepreneur Spotlight and seen on Colorado’s NBC and CBS News. He was also a past member of Vistage International a CEO’s roundtable.

Woody Jacobus joined SalesLeadership as an expert trainer after a successful career with Xerox Corporation and as an independent consultant. During his time with Xerox, he held numerous sales and sales management positions, including regional channels manager, national sales manager, and sales force automation program manager. As national sales manager, Woody turned around a division of Xerox, increasing revenues by 300% and profits by 150% in three years. Having extensive experience sales and sales management, Woody brings excitement and enthusiasm to the sales development experience. Throughout his career, Woody delivered exceptional results utilizing time tested management and sales processes. Also a certified coach, Woody is able to coach clients across the entire sales spectrum from setting strategy to managing process implementation.
Dee Dukehart is an expert at working with teams and individuals who want to clearly and concisely convey their internal and external messages. She combines her love of writing and communication with the savvy of a professor, the wit of a humorist and the vision of a futurist! The result is no more death by power point and compelling presentations that influence and win business.
Dee has served on the board of directors for the National Speakers Association where she was named Member of the Year and received The President’s Award of Excellence.
Dee has successfully improved presentation and communication skills for a number of organizations; such as, Ball Corporation, Lockheed Martin, PacifiCare, Alps Mutual Funds and Republic Financial Corporation.
Will Matthews is a professional coach. He's focused on helping business owners and sales leaders achieve higher performance while integrating all aspects of the life they deserve.
Will brings mastery in the science and art of professional coaching to Sales Leadership. He has served as President of the Denver Coach Federation, as an Elite Coach with Tony Robbins, as a faculty member of a well known coach training organization and as host of the Business and Beyond with Will Matthews: Your Personal Connection for Success! radio program.
Prior to starting his coaching career, Will was a top producing salesperson and sales & marketing manager for Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies. He brings real world background to his clients as he has carried a quota, carried a bag and consistently exceeded sales goals.
