Let’s face it. Very few salespeople look forward to cold calling. And who can blame them? Many have never learned proven principles of influence and psychology that result in a better response from prospects. In this workshop, participants will learn how to stop ‘spraying and praying’ and get invited in for a qualified appointment.
Objectives:
- Improve emotional self awareness and understand why you are not consistently prospecting.
- Develop a prospecting script that creates urgency and interest.
- Stop looking and sounding like a commodity on the telephone.
- Create a compelling ’30 second commercial’ that engages prospects quickly.
- Qualify or disqualify the opportunity to prevent wasted appointments.
- Improve delayed gratification skills. Prospecting is a process, not an event.
