There are hundreds of books written on motivation. Most authors would agree motivation must come from within. I agree. However, I have seen too many motivated salespeople become demotivated because the sales manager and/or organization never was schooled in motivating sales teams.

My schooling is not based on academia, but on 20 years of experience and work as a salesperson, sales manager, vice president of sales and now, a sales trainer and consultant.
