You (not customer service) should take a vacation

If you want to improve your business, go on vacation. It's a great time to decompress, not accomplish anything meaningful and eliminate any noise coming from an alarm clock.
It's also a great time to observe customer service and sales. A recent vacation to Jackson Hole, Wyo., taught me a few things about business. Here are some observations.
