Sales jury: Where's the evidence needed to foster a deal?

What do sales and law have in common? Not enough.
I am married to a prosecutor, and the more I learn about his business, the more I realize how much the sales profession can learn from the legal profession.
What would happen if we adapted best practices from law to sales? What would happen if your sales team had to present its latest proposal to a sales jury of 12?
